Janeane Garofalo Says: Tea Parties Equal Racism and Stupidity

Do you know what it means to be an American, or at the very least comprehend your responsibilities as a citizen? Janeane Garofalo recently spoke to Keith Olbermann and has reached a conclusion on these two questions. According to the unparalleled acumen of Janeane Garofalo, you lack the requisite intellect to formulate an informed thought, thereby negating your ability to attend to the aforementioned questions. The conditional aspects of your obtuseness also precludes the possibility of engaging in socio-political affairs, because to interpose presupposes that you have the cerebral faculties to do so, and thus, emit something of significance. If you attended a Tea Party you reinforced her premise that your mental construct is subnormal and lacking in intellectual acuity, therefore your degree of sentience can only be rendered to a standard of legal retardation. The video below is her summation of the Tea Parties and their participants.

I hope you take an introspective moment and attempt a thought; by employing the methodology of science and physiology is it possible that your malformed cerebral cortex has disallowed noesis from generating? Have you arrived to a conclusion yet? Well, watch the following video and then ask yourself the same question.

If you have reached a conclusion perhaps you should consider some clever witticisms and rants from Janeane Garofalo:
  • Garofalo accused conservative of having an "anger management problem."
  • Garofalo stated "right wing partisan hacks are always on the verge of punching somebody or always behaving as if they've just been cut off in traffic."
  • Garofalo made this reference regarding her public argument against the symbol of freedom for Iraqi voting: "The inked fingers and the position of them, which is gonna be a 'Daily Show' photo already, of them signaling in this manner [Nazi salute], as if they have solidarity with the Iraqis who braved physical threats against their lives to vote as if somehow these inked-fingered Republicans have something to do with that."
  • Garofalo's anti-americanism: "Our country is founded on a sham: our forefathers were slave-owning rich white guys who wanted it their way. So when I see the American flag, I go, 'Oh my God, you're insulting me.' That you can have a gay parade on Christopher Street in New York, with naked men and women on a float cheering, 'We're here, we're queer!' -- that's what makes my heart swell. Not the flag, but a gay naked man or woman burning the flag. I get choked up with pride."
  • Garofalo's understanding of the holocaust: "Hate mail bothers me less than what happens to the Dixie Chicks, she says nevertheless. "There are boycotts and guys driving tractors over their CDs — that’s Nazi stuff."
  • Garofalo's understanding of Communism: "When Communist U.S.S.R. was a superpower, the world was better off. The right-wing media is trying to marginalize the peace movement."
I posit that the pursuit of liberty and the sustainment of the sovereignty of the individual requires no apology, nor does it necessitate the usage of dysphemisms or vile pejoratives to explicate its justification. In my heart I believe we are a better class of people by merely taking up the torch and supporting its burden, and if our cause be just may we consign to posterity the fruits of our endeavor. In truth, Ms. Garofalo, the sum and substance of your intellectual endowment is the one that has been measured here, and you have been found wanting.

The DHS Report: Look Mom, I am an Extremist!!!

As I am sure most of you are acutely aware, there is public outrage stemming from a recently released report from the Department of Homeland Security. This intelligence assessment contains target specificity and delineates the causal factors that may lead to violence, thus disrupting both the State and Federal governmental dynamic. If you have not read the actual report there will be a link below that leads to the entire DHS Assessment. After reading it you might be inclined to observe a thinly veiled synonymity between a Napolitano led DHS and Himmler's Schutzstaffel. Tyranny is still tyranny regardless of whether it is soft handed or intentionally overt, unsparing, and exacting in its application.

Unless you are a student of history you might not be cognizant of Heinrich Himmler's, Operation Himmler, which was a fabricated pretext for war against the country of Poland (and others). Under the false pretense of Polish involvement they intentionally generated delusive attacks on the German populace, thereby justifying Germany's invasion and all the atrocities that were to follow as a conditional circumstance of their engagement. On a collateral point of reference, the Nazi's also set fire to their governmental buildings and blamed said attacks on other individuals, thus creating the pivotal factor that would allow them to successfully seize power and abrogate all liberties.

The following is a brief excerpt taken from the Scope subsection of the DHS report:

(U) Scope

"The information is provided to federal, state, local, and tribal counterterrorism and law enforcement officials so they may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks against the United States. Federal efforts to influence domestic public opinion must be conducted in an overt and transparent manner, clearly identifying United States Government sponsorship."

The first footnote at the base of the page states this:

"(U) LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION NOTICE: This product contains Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) information. No portion of the LES information should be released to the media, the general public, or over non-secure Internet servers. Release of this information could adversely affect or jeopardize investigative activities."

You will also observe that this report will specificate what primers are causal agents and why they will manifest extremist action. Here are a few:

  • 2nd Amendment restrictions
  • Illegal immigration
  • Current economic and political climate
  • Paranoid of foreign regimes
  • Fear of Communist regimes
  • Disgruntled military vets

To end their report they provide a reporting notice, here is what this says:

"(U) Reporting Notice:

(U) DHS encourages recipients of this document to report information concerning suspicious or criminal activity to DHS and the FBI. The DHS National Operations Center (NOC) can be reached by telephone at 202-282-9685 or by e-mail at For information affecting the private sector and critical infrastructure, contact the National Infrastructure Coordinating Center (NICC), a sub-element of the NOC. The NICC can be reached by telephone at 202-282-9201 or by e-mail at The FBI regional phone numbers can be found online at When available, each report submitted should include the date, time, location, type of activity, number of people and type of equipment used for the activity, the name of the submitting company or organization, and a designated point of contact."

Lastly, to read the entire report go to the DHC Assessment, and then ask yourself, are you a right wing extremist?

You Can't Say The Founders Didn't Warn Us

The following excerpt is taken from the book, The 5000 Year Leap - A Miracle That Changed the World, by W. Cleon Skousen. If you have not picked up the book, please do.

Since the genius of the American system is maintaining the eagle in the balanced center of the spectrum, the Founders warned against the number of temptations which might lure subsequent generations to abandon their freedoms and their rights by subjecting themselves to a strong federal administration operating on the collectivist Left.

They warned against the “welfare state” where the government endeavors to take care of everyone from the cradle to the grave. Jefferson wrote:

If we can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people, under the pretense of taking care of them, they must become happy.”

They warned against confiscatory taxation and deficit spending. Jefferson said it was immoral for one generation to pass on the results of its extravagance in the form of debts to the next generation. He wrote: “...we shall all consider ourselves unauthorized to saddle posterity with our debts, and morally bound to pay them ourselves; and consequently within what may be deemed the period of a generation, or the life [expectancy] of the majority.”

The Founders also warned that the only way for the nation to prosper was to have equal protection of “rights,” and not allow the government to get involved in trying to provide equal distribution of “things.” They also warned against the pooling of property as advocated by the proponents of communism. Samuel Adams said they had done everything possible to make the ideas of socialism and communism unconstitutional. Said he:

"The Utopian schemes of leveling [re-distribution of wealth] and a community of goods [central ownership of the means of production and distribution], are as visionary and impractical as those which vest all property in the Crown. [These ideas] are arbitrary, despotic, and, in our government, unconstitutional."

It is obvious that our Founding Fathers knew of the potential dangers that exist within a government, but we have not heeded their warnings. We are currently embedded in a tragedy by our own design, disregarding our own restraint and that of our representation. We have let the wolves run loose and they have consumed our prosperity and inherent nobility. Just because you are receiving a paycheck for your labor does not preclude the government from forming a debt bondage with you, because it already has. By amassing a trillion dollar debt your wage, as well as the wages of future generations, will be apportioned so that government spending can be paid off. Do not be deluded and believe that an initial tax cut (extra money to be seen in your paycheck) will prohibit the subsequent requirement of repayment for said spending, because it will not. The money has to come from somewhere, so you will have to be conscribed into a quasi-form of peonage where you, the debtors, are bound in servitude to a creditor (i.e. the government) until the liquidation of debts are deemed settled.

So were the Tea Parties that protested around the country necessary? They absolutely were, and how were they seen by the media and left leaning politicians? They were called racists, extremists, uninformed simpletons, anti-government, plants by the right, non grassroots (astroturf), and rich people complaining about having to pay their fair share. And we were worried about how we would be perceived in the media if we showed up with signs saying, “No To Socialism.”

We are at a state where political correctness is synonymous with restrictive speech and the stultification of our expressive freedoms. We are bombarded everyday with leftist, statist propaganda that is intent on stifling criticism and collective outrage, and yet we are concerned with our own degree of civility. The Golden Rule, or the ethic of reciprocity, has been melted down into a key chain and shown for amusement. And yet we are worried about disreputable classifications. The simple fact that we, the collective citizenry, have remained placid and ineffectual only invigorates our representatives into institutionalizing more forms of repressive legislation and aggressive taxation. As we worry about the efficacy of protest verbiage, our liberties are eroding away without any consideration for future generations. With respect to the socialism usage, this is a definition I found;

Any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy.”

With all of the news pertaining to our governments actions, if it isn't socialism, what is it? Do not worry about the veracity of a group of words if the denominations that are offered mirror in relativity. To bog yourself down with details can nullify a passionate spirit.

"Timid men prefer the calm of despotism to the tempestuous sea of liberty. " Thomas Jefferson

The actions that are available to us will be discussed in a future blog, so stay tuned!!

Another Perspective On The 2nd Amendment

It appears I have been remiss in presenting an alternative opinion for those who dissent and feel the 2nd Amendment actually prohibits certain liberties. The only thing I can do is apologize and ask that you give me a chance to regain your respect and consideration. The following video is my humble act of contrition.

Harry Reid's Understanding Of Our Tax System

We, the American people, have the basic understanding that politicians are elected to help the citizenry. We also understand that their attempts at representation are empty and poorly executed, leaving their constituents subjugated via excessive taxation and ill-conceived legislation. Those of us that have the requisite acumen to appreciate the severity of this situation know far too well that this form of representation will only further socio-economic decay. In the state of Nevada, where I reside, the situation is no different and one of our Senators is in the running for, "The worst official elected to public office." The individual being referenced, Harry Reid, is a man markedly subnormal in efficacy, function, and intelligence. Watching the video below will give you a modicum of insight into this man.

Ron Paul on Marque and Reprisal

Congressman Ron Paul recently discussed the constitutional approach to dealing with security threats. There are people who do not agree with Ron Paul, but his message does resonate with a vast majority of others. After viewing the following video, what would your conclusions be? Do you think we should be interventionists, or mind our own back yard?

Keeping The Liberty Flame Afire

We are at a stage in our republic that requires the re-quantification of our liberties. Our government is taking pervasive measures to institute a societal system primarily dependent on a singular entity. The parameters of our liberties are being confined and re-defined by individuals who have a restrictive view of the Constitution. So who is to blame?

We, as Americans, have lost the derivation of liberty, as well as any comprehension of its most significant virtues. Politicians emit the name of liberty in exhaustive rhetoric without any benefit of conscious intellectual activity. Thus, they purvey a form of speciousness and fail to explicate a fundamental understanding of its principles. And we have allowed this to manifest. We have seeded and cultivated our own political indolence by removing ourselves from the engagement, collaterally, this has allowed the political machinations to take hold and remand our civil liberties to a state of impotence. This has to end.

It is time to respire the aether of liberty and reinvigorate our revolutionary spirit. We, a citizen collective, must wrest control of our destiny from a maleficent government bent on increasing its size, power, and influence. We cannot rely upon a quais-Deus Ex Machina from the current Party genesis whose sole reason for service is to palliate past crimes and those yet perpetrated.

"We in America do not have government by the majority. We have government by the majority who participate." Thomas Jefferson

"It will be found an unjust and unwise jealousy to deprive a man of his natural liberty upon the supposition he may abuse it."
George Washington

The human race can be a factious species, but the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness is a commonality we all share. We equally pursue to hold so dear its preservation because we understand that future generations should not be bound to a compact void of independence and expressive will. We cannot rely upon the government to guarantee it for us, any and all attempts have been perverted to supplant its own party ideology. Our government's sordid proclivities and hubris have mutated political representation. This is contrary to what the Founding Father's hoped and dreamed for in a Nation of the People, will we let slip the dogs of depravity on a republic that required blood and sacrifice to build?

Letting Liberty Die

To my fellow Americans in Liberty, I say to you that these are trying times, we are bombarded with stimuli that intentionally cozen our concentration from what should be our primary concern; the dissolution of liberty and the sovereignty of the individual. Our government has lost all connectedness to the Constitution, and to explicate further, the current incarnation of our government is a flaccid representation of the idealism that embodies the Declaration of Independence. The government is nothing more than a parasite that feeds off the host, which is us, the people. This vial organism supplants our needs for their own and extracts vital nourishment, leaving us in a debilitating state of dependency and economic confinement via excessive taxation. Through aggressive legislation that is institutionalized under the guise of “governmental intercedence,” they intentionally effect restraint of liberty and therefore restrict any possible redress. The terrible thing is, we let them.

We live our lives day-to-day; going to work, going home, eating, engage in some form of entertainment, and then go to bed. We worry about our kids, paying the bills, and not losing our homes. All in all, it is called life. But in doing so we generate apathy and anesthetize ourselves to the bigger picture, and when, for a brief moment, we become coherent enough to fixate our attention to the matter at hand, we turn to derision. It is this divisiveness that our political handlers count on and permits them to enact whatever policy they see fit, all at our expense. When we dismiss logic and reason from being the precursor to sound judgment, what we have left is a viscerally tainted outcome that we wouldn't have otherwise selected. And our politicians know this. Remember these phrases, “Yes We Can,” and, “Hope and Change,” and “Change Can Happen?” People believed (and still do) these phrases and were sure that we would be better off. Well, how do you like the change so far?

A large number of people still perceive that our current government's actions are reasonable and will construct a better future, but are unaware of the collateral damage that will be done. Then there is another group of people who feel the same way as the aforementioned, but are aware of the damage that will occur and disregard it as a palatable consequence to doing business. Another sector of people are the individuals who disagree with the current direction our government is taking, but feel as though they lack the significant influence to change the end result. There are other examples but the main premise is that we all fit into one of these groups.

The Tea Parties are on April 15, 2009 all around the U.S., and we all know someone (besides ourselves) who is going. After the 15th what are we going to do then? Will we acquiesce, or will we surge forward and show our pseudo leaders who they work for? The date 2010 is not that far off and the politicians coming due for re-election will have to answer for their actions. Will you believe their spin or do the right thing and remove them?
